PREPARING YOUR FURNITURE
In our warehouses, our team members are using hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, wearing gloves and masks to ensure that your furniture is being handled in a sanitized manner.
RECEIVING DELIVERY OF YOUR FURNITURE
For Home Deliveries and In-Home Technician Appointments, our teams are also taking extra measures as well to prevent any unintentional spread of illness.
As with the warehouse, they will be using hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes between each delivery or appointment and they will be regularly disinfecting their interiors and outside handles of their vehicles.
They will also wear masks, gloves and booties.
OUR VALUE CITY CUSTOMERS
Each of our teams have been coached on these extra preventative measures.
Finally, we have been steadfast in providing guidance to our associates. We are frequently reminding our associates to stay home if they are sick, wash their hands, use hand sanitizer,
clean their personal work spaces for those still working, and otherwise to exercise precautionary measures.
