White Glove Delivery
Value City Furniture is proud to extend its delivery services across New Jersey as well as Staten Island, South Eastern Pennsylvania.
Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by a member of our online support team within 2 working days to review your order and schedule your delivery date.
We offer white glove full service delivery. We will set up your furniture in the desired room and remove all the packaging.
Please have your rooms ready and have all stairways and hallways clear.
Take any pictures, mirrors and other objects off the walls.
Our drivers are not permitted to move your existing furniture or electronics.
Value City will remove, at no additional charge, on a one-to-one basis, your replaced bedding at the same time your new bedding is delivered.
If hoisting is necessary, customer agrees to pay additional charges.
We are proudly covering the 4 remaining boroughs of New York City, and delivering to Northern Delaware as well. These places will have a delivery charge, as they are not within our local area.
We are offering free no contact threshold delivery. The furniture will be left in the original packaging if desired. It will be delivered either in the garage, front porch, or past your front door but not to a specific room.
Assembly may be required for some items.
We strive to ensure that your merchandise arrives to you in showroom condition.
If your new furniture is not in showroom condition damages must be reported to our customer service department within 7 days of delivery.

Value City reserves the right to:
- Inspect damaged merchandise in your home
- Provide Service in your home or our warehouse
- Repair or replace at the discretion of our Customer Service Department
