We guarantee that the merchandise you purchase will be in showroom condition at the time of delivery, or we will replace or repair it at our discretion.
We will service manufacture defects free of charge, for one year from the date of delivery.
This guarantee is extended only to the original purchaser.
Value City Furniture strictly adheres to the manufacturer’s warranty.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect or moving furniture from the original delivery address.
- Damage or discoloration caused by sunlight.
- Normal wear, color fastness, pilling, soiling or shrinkage of fabrics.
- Clearance, floor sample and all as-is merchandise.
- Anything not covered by the factory warranty. Warranties are available for review prior to sale. All Warranties are considered limited warranties.
Wood is a natural product, therefore some variations in the grain and finish must be expected.
Upholstery Dye lots on fabrics and swatches may differ in shade from the products actually delivered by the manufacturer. Due to various mill standards beyond our control, we cannot guarantee wearing ability, color fastness or shrinkage of any fabric used on upholstered merchandise. Value City Furniture is not responsible for any cleaning, dye lot variances, or pilling of fabrics.
Leather is a natural material and surface marks and variances in color show that the leather is genuine top grade leather. Value City Furniture cannot be responsible for these natural variances in leather.
Accessories Carefully inspect all pictures, lamps and accessories at the time of delivery. No warranty or service is provided on accessory items, they are sold “as is”.
It is our sincere desire to insure your satisfaction through our customer service department.
All claims regarding visual damage on new furniture must be called in or emailed into our customer service dept. within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.
Value City Furniture reserves the right to:
- Inspect damaged merchandise in your home.
- Provide service in your home or our warehouse.
- Repair or replace at the discretion of our customer service dept.
