i wanted a metal bed that was sturdy, made well and not to girlie looking. I'm the type of person that knows what I want but can't always convey that to someone else. I say I will know it when I see it and when I saw this bed I fell in love. Of course my husband was with me and he is a former welder and gave his approval of the welds on the bed. We purchased it and my husband was very impressed with its sturdiness and the 30 bolts it took to assemble it. It has small legs on the bed rails that give it more support. This bed will probably be one that will be handed down through the generations for its stability and timeless looks.
