Value City Furniture is proud to extend its delivery services across New Jersey as well as into Staten Island and parts of Pennsylvania. Contact us directly about delivery outside of these areas. Actual delivery rates will vary depending on location. Free Local Delivery to any New Jersey location within 25 miles of one of our store locations (some restrictions may apply).

For a variety of reasons, including manufacturer restrictions, technical issues, and constant change, we are unable to quote prices online or by email. Special Orders
A special order is:
- An item not displayed in a Value City Store
- An item not stocked in a Value City warehouse
- An item displayed in a Value City store, but available in a different color, size, or finish
A special order cannot be cancelled. The Value City Furniture Warranty does not apply to special orders. However, factory warranties do apply.
Please take accurate measurements before ordering. If your special order does not fit in your room or entryway it cannot be returned since our manufacturers will not allow returns. Do not special order if you feel this may be a problem.
Please allow 6-12 weeks for the arrival of your special order. Delays in the manufacturing and delivery process may occur. Special order purchases not available in our warehouse within 120 days from your purchase date however, may be cancelled without a restocking fee and we will refund your money or allow a reselection.
Dye lots on fabric samples may differ in shade from those actually delivered by the manufacturer. Value City is not responsible for any dye lot differences.
Our buyers will audit the sales contract for pricing accuracy. If adjustments are needed you will be contacted for approval before your order is placed with the manufacturer.
If for any reason you fail to take delivery of your special order merchandise, a 50% restocking fee will be forfeited. You will lose 50% of your deposit since your special order cannot be returned to the manufacturer for credit.
Delivery
Because we are committed to the highest quality service possible, our primary focus is on delivering and servicing orders within close driving distance of our New Jersey stores. Our delivery area includes New Jersey, Staten Island, parts of New York and parts of Pennsylvania. We do NOT currently deliver outside of our local area. If you are from a different part of the country or the world, we are sorry, but we can NOT assist you at this time and will NOT provide out of area price quotes. We recommend contacting a furniture retailer in your local area. If you saw something that you like on our website, you may be able to use our Manufacturer Website Links to find a local dealer. If you call or send an e-mail question, please be sure to specify your ship to address and zip code.

We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please notify us if you find an error, and we will do our best to correct it.
